Kevin S. Kan, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kan joined American Auto Wash Inc. in 1999 and served in various management positions including Chief Financial Officer. He was elected to the post of President and CEO in 2003. Prior to joining American Auto Wash, Inc., Mr. Kan was an executive at American International Group (AIG) from 1994 to 1999. He served in a variety of management positions in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong. Mr. Kan is a graduate of Georgetown University, Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.

Jerry Sturman, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Sturman joined American Auto Wash, Inc. in 1979. Over the years, he served as site manager and later as district manager until he was elected as Senior Vice President and head of operations in 2003. Prior to his employment at American Auto Wash, Mr. Sturman was a commercial lending officer at First Pennsylvania Bank. He also served in the United States Army from 1967-1970. Mr. Sturman received a B.S. in Business Administration from Lehigh University.

Kathleen R. Baugher, Vice President and Company Controller
Ms. Baugher joined American Auto Wash, Inc. in 1992. She began her career as a member of the accounting staff and was elected to the position of Vice President and Company Controller in 2000. Prior to joining American Auto Wash, Inc., Ms. Baugher was an accounting supervisor at Environmental Resources Management, Inc. Ms. Baugher received a B.S. in Accounting from West Chester University and an A.S. in Accounting from Immaculata University.
