Just who is Mike’s Express Carwash? Well, considering we rank in the top one percent
of the 30,000 carwashes in the United States today, you might think we would
be a chain or a publicly traded company of some kind. Instead, we’re still a
private, family-owned business, committed to maintaining our high quality and continuing
to deliver the type of service we’re known for.
The first
Mike’s opened in 1948 in Fort Wayne, and today you can get clean, dry and shiny
at any of our 34 locations. In Indiana we have 18 in Indianapolis, six in Fort
Wayne and one each in Kokomo, Lafayette and Terre Haute. We also have six locations
in Cincinnati, and one in Dayton, in the Ohio area.
No matter
which location you visit, you’ll encounter the two essential components that have
fueled our success. First, we give our customers a clean, dry and shiny vehicle
on each visit. Each Mike’s Carwash is equipped with the most advanced, state-of-the-art
equipment and technology available. Our specially formulated detergents,
?soft cloth,? computer-controlled equipment, and our special ?touchless?
hot-air dryers are just a few of the features that make Mike’s the ideal way to
clean vehicles.
The Mike’s associates are the second, and most important,
part of our continued success. We are very selective in hiring people,
